Return Policy
I want you to love the art or jewelry that you purchased
from me! But I know that ordering something as personal
as art or jewelry over the Internet can be tough, when
you can't see the texture, judge colors accurately, or put
something on and look in a mirror. With that in mind...
Damaged Shipments
If your purchase arrives damaged, I will either issue a full
refund (including shipping), send a comparable item of
your choosing, or repair the damage (if possible), at your
discretion. Notify me in writing of the damage so that I
can file an insurance claim with the carrier. See Contact
Me.
Returns and Exchanges
I will gladly accept for full refund (minus shipping cost)
the return of unused, undamaged jewelry and
undamaged, unaltered art within 30 days of your
receiving it. Package it safely in the container that it
arrived in, insure it, and send it to the address on the
receipt that you received in the shipment. Refund will
not be made on a damaged item, as I will request that
you file a claim with the carrier, so insure it for at least
the full purchase price, including tax and shipping. Let
me know you are sending the item back (see Contact
Me). When I receive the item back in good condition, I
will issue your refund to the account that was used for
the original purchase (PayPal or other as applicable).
